Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 15-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to product availability.
Products eligible for exchange must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are available depending on stock availability.
Customers requesting a standard size exchange will be responsible for courier charges associated with the exchange process.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to an error from our side, RockSial will bear the courier charges after verification.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order invoice
- Product images
- Delivery proof
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Washed products
- Used or worn items
- Damaged or altered products
- Products without original tags or packaging
Refund Policy
RockSial currently does not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are processed based on product availability.
